Site was completed 2 months ago. Haven't dedicated enough time to make it as profitable as it should be...we currenly only have 1 affiliate to drive customers, we haven't done anything to advertise the site etc....lots of upside. We were new to running a website and have realised it's more time consuming than we had thought/hoped.

The one affiliate gave us decent results...3% of all visitors to the site bought the product. We figure the new owner who knows what they are doing could repeat this with their own advertising and more affiliates.

The sale includes everything!!!! trading system, spradsheets, clickbank account....

So far has made about 1k USD...sales are stalling as we have stopped doing anythig to promote advertise....no time.

The website made approximately 1K USD in two months with no advertising?

I am interested in buying your website and ebook. Will you give me access to the clickbank account to verify income. Or provide a screenshot.

How are people finding your website other than the affiliate.

This is the main reason we are selling the site...lack the time/know how regarding driving traffic etc. other than affiliates.

So all sales have come from affiliates? What categories and sub categories are you listed in at clickbank?

Thanks for the smooth transaction. The site is making money just like you said. At this rate, the website will have paid for itself in 4 months.

Let me know if you ever want to sell another website.

Thats awesome to see a completed transaction on this forum. It gives me alot more hope to complete a transaction myself.
